  • The first of the traditional “Penitential Psalms,” Psalm 6 is a prayer of David for deliverance from the anxiety resulting from an awareness of his sinful condition. We join David in this penitential prayer. We share with David the confidence that our spiritual enemies are defeated through the work of Christ on our behalf.
